На телефоне привык к v2rayNG, на десктопе к Nekoray, и оба не заработали (оба последних версий). А NekoBox заработал (как в инструкции). Спасибо!

Все отлично. Конфиг пришел моментально. Работает с клиентом v2rayN (в настройках конфига необходимо выбрать sing_box)

Запустил в некобоксе (1.3.4). Изменение прямого днс не потребовалось. Пинг в средней полосе России в среднем 69 мс.
